Meet Georgele Weller

Founder of Launch Years Academy | Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)

Georgele Weller is a Registered Early Childhood Educator with more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education, resource consulting, leadership, family support, and professional development.

She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education with Honours and a Resource Consultant Certificate with High Honours. Throughout her career, she has served as an Early Childhood Education Director, Registered Early Childhood Educator, Resource Consultant, and Vice-Principal, giving her a broad perspective on the experiences of children, families, educators, and early learning professionals.

Her experience includes child development, inclusive practice, behaviour and guidance, family collaboration, early learning environments, program quality, childcare management, resource consulting, and educator professional development.

As a Registered Early Childhood Educator with the College of Early Childhood Educators, Georgele is committed to creating professional learning that is practical, relevant, reflective, and grounded in real-world early childhood practice.
